Using the finest ingredients from Guernsey, with a South African twist.

AT DUKE OF RICHMOND
3 chefs from Jersey will be competing against 3 chefs from Guernsey, preparing a 8 course tasting meal at Duke of Richmond Hotel.
Each team will create an Amuse Bouche, Starter, Main and Dessert.
You will be served all dishes from both teams, with a scoring card! May the best team win.
Using a combination of the finest ingredients from Guernsey and the odd Jersey ingredient.
